Kathmandu Chitwan Pokhara Tour

Day 1
Kathmandu
On your arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be welcomed and driven to Kathmandu Hotel via private car.
Day 2
Kathmandu - Chitwan
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan. This offers one of the finest wildlife experiences in Asia. The Royal Chitwan National park, the lush Valley of Chitwan situated in the foothills of Churia ranges, is 75 airmails South West of Kathmandu, houses the first National Park of the Kingdom. The Royal Chitwan National Park is famous or its variety of Wildlife especially the Great Indian One horned Rhinoceros and the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. There are many Wildlife Lodges/Camps operating Safari style Lodges within the park area and offer Elephant excursions in the heart of the Jungle to view game.
Day 3
Chitwan – Jungle activities
Today you will be escorted by expert naturalist on various exciting activities including elephant back safari, Canoe ride, Jungle walk, Bird watching, Slide show, Tharu stick dance etc.
Day 4
Chitwan – Pokhara
This morning you will take a scenic drive for Pokhara, “The dreamland of Nepal”. The moment you step into Pokhara that takes you into immediate delights are the gorgeous view of the gigantic Himalayan range and the beautiful lakes. After reach Pokhara city sightseeing Barahi Temple, Bindabasini Temple, Devis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Seti Gorge, Tibetan Refugee Camp.
Day 5
Pokhara – Kathmandu-Nagarkot
(Optional USD 130.00 per pax subject to change as per airline rules and regulation)  After breakfast 1 hour boating on scenic Fewa Lake, after the boating time will be free. In the afternoon take a flight to Kathmandu.  Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will proceed to go Nagarkot, which is at a height of 2300 m above the sea level. From this lovely scenic spot you can catch the excellent view of the Himalayan range at sunset and even Mount Everest on a clear day.
Day 6
Nagarkot-Kathmandu
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Check in hotel. After a short rest by visiting the Great Stupa of Boudhanath (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) in the Kathmandu valley, a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists of the Himalayas and a major draw for Tibetan Buddhists from all over the planet. The history of the Stupa from its origins in the fifth century to the present day is also presented here for the first time. After Boudhanath Stupa visit to Pashupatinath (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) is one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations for all the Hindus of the world. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the trinity and the guardian (patron) deity of Nepal. This is one of the oldest temples, situated on the banks of the Holy Bagmati River. It is double – roofed golden temple with four triple silver doorways. Pashupatinath covers an area of 281 hectares, which is one of the biggest temple complexes in Nepal. Drive back to hotel.
Day 7
Kathmandu
After breakfast visit to 2000 years old Swoyambhunath Stupa, (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) sometimes also known as the monkey temple .The temple charms with its great dazzling Stupa, while at the same time offers a marvelous view of Kathmandu Valley. Next destination is Patan, (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979)    the oldest and second largest of the three cities in Kathmandu valley. Patan likes to recall its old name LALITPUR (city of beauty). Above all, it remains a proud city of artisans; Patan produces nearly all Nepal’s fine metal work. After Patan drive to Khokana. Khokana is a small Newari Village located just 6 kilometers from Patan. Khokana is a small village in which traditional craftsmanship still takes an important role. Villagers can often be seen spinning, winnowing and crushing mustard seeds. Especially the latter is what Khokana is most famous for, it's mustard oil. The village has a broad street leading into its centre. On the left side the three stories’ Shree Rudrayani temple can be seen. After exploring Khokana we will walk to Bungmati. This is an approximately 15 minutes’ walk through on the road dividing the agricultural land. Bungmati, just like Khokana, is a Newari village where traditional life still can be seen. The village houses the typical Newari buildings and has an interesting main square where one can view the Ganesh Temple and the Machhindranath Temple.
Day 8
Departure
Drive to airport for flight back home.
